Ans. Yes, we promise that if you buy a sample kit and then place an order, the cost of the sample kit will be reimbursed to your account or through another payment method.
Q2. Can we return the sample kit after checking the paper quality?
Ans. Yes, but you will need to cover the return shipping cost, and returns must be accepted within 15 days of purchase. The actual cost of the kit is Rs. 1400, but we offer it to our customers for Rs. 350. If you wish to return it, you are welcome to do so.

ShippingShipping within India typically takes 7-10 days. Deliveries within Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Punjab usually arrive in 5-7 days.
