Unauthorized use is prohibited. GlowVia Art is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our site. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in Indian courts. Your continued use of our site signifies acceptance of these terms.

Order Cancellation

For order cancellation, please chat with us on WhatsApp. Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. Customers must contact us within 24 hours for cancellation. No cancellation will be accepted beyond that period. For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied as a return shipping cost, in addition to a 3% payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Custom Product Orders

Custom products are made to your specifications and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for custom product orders.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please email us within this period. Products should be returned in their original packaging with all original tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices intact. The return package should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returned products are subject to verification; products not in their original condition will be returned to you at your expense.

Once the returned product passes inspection for unused and original packaging conditions, a refund will be processed, with a 20% deduction for return shipping costs. Refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed, while for COD orders, customers must provide account details for processing refunds. COD charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

Shipping

Shipping within India typically takes 7-10 days. Deliveries within Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab usually arrive in 5-7 days.
